"Pretty clear about what qualifies"
Leafwell made it easy to figure out if my condition might qualify before I got too far into the process. I appreciated that, because some sites make you dig forever. The info was simple and right there, not buried across a bunch of random pages. I mean, a couple parts could’ve been a little more straight to the point, but overall it saved me time and I wasn’t sitting there confused wondering what to do next.

"Easy enough, but could feel more upfront"
Leafwell seems legit and the whole process was easy, but I still walked away with a few doubts about the info and pricing. Nothing really went wrong, I just wish everything felt a little clearer and more upfront. Also, when you ask questions, the canned apology-style responses get old fast. I’d rather get a straight answer than another “sorry for the inconvenience” message.

I had a really good visit with the physician on Leafwell. He showed up on time, actually listened to what I was saying, and didn’t make the appointment feel rushed or weird. He explained everything in normal, easy-to-understand terms, which I really appreciated. He was professional but still relaxed, and there was just something about it that made the whole process feel comfortable.

I had to verify my identity on Leafwell, and overall it went smoothly. I’m the kind of person who notices little patterns in how these online forms work, and this one was mostly predictable in a good way—upload the ID, follow the next prompt, finish up. I didn’t need any help, which I appreciated. The only thing I noticed was the page took a bit longer to load than I expected, so it wasn’t totally seamless. I used leafwell on my phone and it worked better than I expected. The site was mostly smooth, pages loaded fast, and the video call didn’t freeze, which was the main thing I was nervous about. The only annoying part was my account page needing a couple tries to refresh after I uploaded something. Not a huge deal, but still a little frustrating, right? "Helpful, but the next steps weren’t very clear"
Leafwell was decent for helping me figure out my state’s rules and what paperwork I needed. Most of the info made sense, but I still ended up checking my state website a few times because laws change and I didn’t want to mess anything up. My main complaint is that the next steps weren’t always super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do after each part. Support did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. It did help me get started, though.

I used Leafwell the payment part was way easier than I expected. I was kind of bracing for the usual freezing or random error messages, but nope... everything went through fine :)

My card processed really fast, and the confirmation showed up right after. The page was simple and clear, and I didn’t have to keep typing the same info over and over, which I definitely appreciated!!

Overall, it was just smooth. Nothing stressful, nothing confusing, it just worked the way it was supposed to :)

"Leafwell made renewal easy, unlike everyone else"
I used leafwell for my renewal, they were the only part of the whole process that didn’t annoy me. The form was simple, I wasn’t stuck waiting around forever like these other places love to make you do, and the doctor call was quick but actually helpful. My approval came through the same day, which is how it should be. The price was exactly what I expected too, so no surprise nonsense there. If things stay the same, I’ll probably use them again next year
